I also did my veggie prep for snacks and side dishes for this week. I posted a video elaborating on how and why I make my freezer dinners. We will also have leftovers for lunches and snacks throughout the week.

Veggie Prep

These veggies will be used for side dishes for this weeks meal plan. I like to prep all my veggies/fruits in one day because it saves me time to do it all at once. My Plan: Side Salad to go along with each dinner, Steamed Vegetables, Roasted Cauliflower, Steamed Green Beans, Sautéed Asparagus also with Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Snacking Bell Peppers, also planing potato wedges but can’t really prep those.
